Returns and refunds
General policy:

These are's standard return policy, only applicable to the products you purchased directly from website, we will be responsible for the return shipping and customs duties

Within the return warranty (30 days), all products can be requested for return authorization.

All returns will take effect after obtaining a return authorization.

If the product is defective or unusable before it starts to be used, it can be returned to us within the effective warranty period (30 days).

Warning: Products that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to you, but if we receive it, you will bear the costs and expenses:

RMA process and three simple steps:

2. After obtaining RMA authorization, ship the returned goods.
We will provide the return address for you in emai. Please note that the returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories and delivery address of the customer service center

3. Get a replacement or refund.
